The HR Generalist plays a crucial role within this dynamic environment by coordinating the daily functions of the Human Resources Team. This full-time position involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities key to maintaining McLane's high standards in workforce management and compliance. The HR Generalist supports recruitment activities, onboarding processes, compliance with federal laws, and organizational culture initiatives that promote teammate morale and engagement. The role entails organizing mandatory training programs, maintaining accurate records related to safety and employment, coordinating special company events, and assisting HR managers as needed.
