The Server position at R.J. Grunts is a dynamic role critical to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Servers are responsible for managing a section of 3 to 6 tables, navigating busy shifts with enthusiasm and strong multitasking abilities.
