The role is designed for a Revenue Manager who will implement revenue management strategies and processes aimed at maximizing and optimizing revenues for one or multiple hotels within the company’s portfolio. This professional is responsible for managing room and function space inventory, building rates, packages, and sales strategy information within the hotel’s inventory systems. Acting as a key contributor to forecasts, budgets, and daily projections, the Revenue Manager conducts thorough analyses of revenue, profit, and demand. This position will assess sales strategy effectiveness, prepare detailed critiques, and recommend strategic changes to improve market positioning and revenue performance. The Revenue Manager must expertly handle transient and group inventory, ensuring straight-line availability and maximizing revenue potential. Working remotely, this role requires proficiency in hotel technology systems, including property management systems (PMS), channel managers, global distribution systems (GDS), central reservation systems (CRS), and extranets. The individual must demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure. Collaborative interaction with sales and reservations departments is necessary to align strategies and operations consistently. The position also involves maintaining and updating website booking processes and implementing revenue tests to evaluate new strategies. By evaluating distribution partners and contracted rates, the Revenue Manager seeks innovative solutions that enhance profitability, client value, and operational efficiency.   • Bachelors or master’s degree in hotel management, tourism or economic studies preferred or an equivalent combination of education
  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on hotel revenue management experience
  • Experience with Marriott and Hilton brands
  • Highly computer literate with a high level proficiency with excel
  • Knowledgeable of hotel technology systems including PMS, channel manager, GDS, CRS, extranets
  • Good analytical and numeric skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
