• At least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server in fast-casual restaurant
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in POS systems
• Current state-required alcohol and food certifications
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of a restaurant environment
