This role demands flexibility in schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling live animals safely. • Must be at least 18 years of age (except where otherwise required by local or state law)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and use hands frequently
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally move more than 100 pounds with assistance
• Comfortable handling live animals and working in a pet-friendly environment
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
