The Lifestyle Coordinator role at Greystar plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day management and operations of community properties, helping to achieve key goals related to resident retention and community engagement. This position works closely with Community Managers and Sales Consultants to enhance the resident experience from the moment of move-in and throughout their residency. Responsibilities include coordinating resident programs and events designed to foster a welcoming and active community atmosphere while supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The Lifestyle Coordinator ensures that all amenities are well-maintained and ready for use, manages guest suite bookings, handles package deliveries, and maintains positive relationships with local businesses and concierge vendors to provide residents with helpful information and recommendations. This role also actively monitors communications through the Lifestyle email account and contributes to the creation of monthly newsletters, event calendars, and marketing materials to boost community awareness and participation. Greystar offers a competitive hourly wage for this position, ranging from $18 to $23 per hour, dependent on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
