The Restaurant Manager position at Hooters of Downtown Indy is a pivotal role responsible for managing multiple facets of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards in hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. This role involves assisting the General Manager with executing company policies and procedures, managing vendor and supplier relationships, and supporting recruitment and training efforts for both Front of House and Back of House employees. In addition to overseeing performance management, the Restaurant Manager plays an integral part in business administration functions such as payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting. The manager’s primary objective is to promote the brand by driving sales, enhancing profits, and upholding Hooters' core values which are Show You Care, Elevate the Spirit, Respect Everyone, Value Feedback, and Exceed Expectations.
This position requires an energetic leader with exceptional organizational and operational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Hooters' unique atmosphere, ensuring responsible alcohol service and food safety compliance, and managing all aspects of restaurant maintenance and safety. They will also be instrumental in scheduling, cash handling, team building, and fostering vendor partnerships. Through their leadership and coaching, the Restaurant Manager will cultivate a motivated workforce dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences. - 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
- successful completion of food safety/sanitation training

- valid servsafe alcohol certification prior to start of work
