Greenway Kia Hickory Hollow, a part of the Greenway Automotive Group located in Antioch, TN, is currently seeking a dependable and outgoing Automotive Sales Porter to join their team on a full-time basis. The role of an Automotive Sales Porter is essential to ensuring the lot’s vehicle inventory is well-maintained, orderly, and ready for customer presentation and sales activities. This position involves open communication with sales and other management personnel to coordinate vehicle movement and inventory management effectively. Candidates will have a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude as they interact with customers and team members alike. The Automotive Sales Porter must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including the heat of the summer and the cold of winter, and must be skilled in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely and responsibly. Experience as a valet or knowledge of automotive servicing and repair is considered a plus but is not mandatory. Responsibilities also include assisting with customer deliveries, ensuring all vehicles have window stickers, maintaining the condition of the vehicles on the lot, and following all safety and security procedures to protect vehicle inventory and customer interests. This role requires excellent communication skills to address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all customers. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support dealership operations. Candidates must possess an unrestricted driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and own a mobile phone with internet access to facilitate business communication.
