Hooters of Toledo is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in upholding the high standards of guest service, safety, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence that customers expect from the Hooters brand. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure all facets of the restaurant operate efficiently and within company policies. This includes oversight of staffing both front and back of house, vendor relations, financial management, as well as marketing and promotional efforts. A major component of the role is fostering an environment where team members feel supported through effective training and performance management, which ultimately drives guest satisfaction and business profitability.
The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about food, people, and creating a vibrant and fun dining atmosphere. With responsibilities ranging from scheduling and staffing to managing inventory and ensuring food safety, this role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and operational expertise. - High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment
- Completed food safety and sanitation training
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Legally required certifications to work
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
