The Restaurant Line Cook - Salad and Sandwich position is a critical role on the cold side team within Urban Plates’ kitchen operations. This role is dedicated to the preparation, production, and service of high-quality, visually appealing foods primarily focused on the sandwich and salad stations. The Line Cook is expected to follow Urban Plates’ established recipes and procedures to ensure every plate served meets the company’s standards for freshness, quality, and presentation. This role requires a committed team player with attention to detail, a passion for food, and the ability to perform consistently in a high-volume restaurant environment. The Line Cook must demonstrate excellent guest service skills and maintain a clean, professional demeanor at all times. Working at Urban Plates, team members enjoy competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.00 per hour plus an additional average tip income between $3.83 and $5.53 per hour.
