We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us in the role of Barista at TouchPoint Support Services, located at Henry Ford Providence Novi, 47601 Grand River Avenue, Novi, MI 48374. This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules Monday through Friday, with hours varying and details provided at the interview stage. The pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.
As a Barista, you will be an essential part of our hospitality team, directly impacting the healing atmosphere we strive to create in our healthcare settings. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items to patients, their families, visitors, and staff. This customer-facing role demands a friendly, courteous demeanor and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will also be expected to maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines, ensuring that all items are prepared, served, and presented with the utmost care and professionalism.
