The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant operations including recruiting, training, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards. This role demands a proactive leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team, manage the financial performance (profit and loss), and ensure excellent customer experiences. The GM acts as the bridge between field leadership and restaurant teams, facilitating communication and reinforcing DRG’s cultural values. This position requires managing daily restaurant activities with a focus on maintaining world-class operations — this includes ensuring top-notch food quality, outstanding customer service, and a clean, safe environment. The GM will ensure that all employees are trained and developed for success and that performance feedback is timely and effective. Additionally, the GM will be accountable for upholding strong financial metrics and operational standards within each restaurant they oversee. The starting pay for this position ranges from $19.50 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience and availability, with an expected 50-hour work week. Open availability is required, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on the business’s needs.
