We are currently seeking motivated and engaged individuals to join our team as support specialists responsible for FAC (Flight Attendant Comments), IFBL (In-Flight Business Logistics), data entry, and reporting processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and improving the quality of service delivered to our airline customers by partnering with various levels of management to understand business objectives and strategically analyzing flight attendant comments and operational data. The position also involves providing payroll relief management clerical support and interfacing directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be involved in driving unit-wide quality strategy programs, working alongside operations and training departments to identify training needs, and engaging in problem resolution processes such as the 8D method to address flight attendant concerns. Maintaining accuracy and timeliness in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is essential for success, as is managing customer inquiries related to flight attendant feedback and disputes. Communication skills are key to visually and verbally presenting flight attendant comment data to operational staff and management, ensuring a transparent and collaborative improvement process. This full-time or part-time position is non-exempt and offers an inclusive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. There is no travel required, and the role sits within a small team, reporting directly to the General Manager or Operations Manager.
