We are currently hiring a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager at P.F. Chang's. This role offers a competitive pay range based on experience, from $80,750 to $99,750 per year. The Operating Partner will lead the restaurant team towards operational excellence and sales growth by fostering a culture of exceptional guest service and innovative business strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the local market to drive revenue and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism. The Operating Partner role is essential in setting the tone for the restaurant's success, with responsibilities that include inspiring and coaching the team, implementing effective operational procedures, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every interaction. This position demands a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality and driven to achieve outstanding results. The Operating Partner will work closely with the management team to develop talent, promote from within, and uphold the highest culinary and service standards.
