The role of Restaurant Manager is essential in maintaining and elevating the restaurant's daily operations through effective leadership and management skills. This full-time position involves overseeing all facets of the restaurant, including staffing, food safety, financial accountability, guest services, and compliance with legal and operational standards. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, interviewing and onboarding new employees, enforcing labor laws, and assisting with training and development. Certification as a ServSafe Food Protection Manager and a valid California Driver's License with a safe driving record are required.
