Currently, we are seeking a hardworking and positive individual to join us as a part-time Dishwasher. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen during events by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards while supporting our kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. The Dishwasher position involves responsibilities such as collecting used kitchenware, china, and glassware, loading and unloading dishwashers, hand washing items when necessary, and ensuring adequate supplies of clean dishes, especially during peak service times. Additionally, maintaining sanitation of kitchen areas, including floors, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards are critical aspects of this role. The position requires working weekends, holidays, and late nights when events take place, with shifts primarily during evenings and weekends. This part-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $16.50 and includes access to benefits such as a 401k retirement plan with a 4% match. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a similar role, hold a Texas Food Handlers license, and be physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs frequently, as well as standing or walking for 8 to 12 hours. A background check is mandatory, and candidates must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.
