The role of Marketing and Proposal Coordinator is a full-time opportunity based in various Florida offices, including Gainesville, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Clearwater, St. Augustine, or Titusville. This position supports Geosyntec's environmental practitioners by developing comprehensive, compliant, and compelling proposal submittals and opportunity-specific statements of qualifications (SOQs). A hybrid work schedule is available at the discretion of the company, offering flexibility to employees. The coordinator will play a vital role in managing the Go/No-Go decision process by evaluating selection criteria and developing appropriate response strategies to promote successful client engagement. The Marketing and Proposal Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the creation, editing, and production of proposals and sales-support materials. This includes coordinating with marketing teams and practitioners to update existing marketing content or develop new materials. Additionally, the role involves managing master resumes, project descriptions, content libraries, and visuals to ensure all marketing collateral is accurate and consistent. The coordinator also assists with online content, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, supporting the company’s digital presence. Key responsibilities encompass tracking event planning and maintaining corporate memberships in client organizations, preparing pursuit memos as guides for deliverables, and assisting in assembling written and visual information for client presentations. The coordinator ensures efficient scheduling and tracking of proposal elements and handles production logistics to guarantee timely delivery of submittals. By gathering content from teams and consultants, maintaining winning example templates, and developing task lists from pre-submittal meetings, the coordinator fosters organized and efficient pursuit efforts. The position requires someone who can monitor industry-related market information, distribute potential leads, and manage databases of client, competitor, and market research data. Developing MS Teams sites for proposal teams, creating templates for proposals and cover letters, and assisting in graphic design and content proofreading are additional critical functions. Coordinating the submission of project award entries, participating in strategic planning data collection, and supporting special corporate events are part of this multifaceted role. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and fundamental graphic design tools like Illustrator is highly valued. A valid U.S. driver’s license and work authorization are mandatory, with no sponsorship available.   • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in an applicable discipline and at least 2 years of professional experience
