We are currently seeking a Lead Receptionist to join our team and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for our residents and visitors. This position is vital to the smooth operation of both the Sur and Norte lobbies, acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff. As the Residential Concierge/Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing inter-facility communications, greeting and directing visitors and residents, and responding promptly to emergencies. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Administrative Services, including tasks such as maintaining contact lists, coordinating office equipment logistics, scheduling meetings, overseeing guest room reservations, and managing the SARA system for resident safety. This role also involves training and orienting new reception staff, ensuring that all team members follow established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional demeanor at all times and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment. Compensation for this role starts at $22.00 per hour, with all employees required to pass comprehensive background checks including fitness for duty physicals, fingerprinting, and employment reference verification, as mandated for licensed residential care facilities.   • High school graduate
  • minimum three years of customer service experience preferably in a concierge or front desk role
  • experience operating multi-line telephone console
  • Ability to pass required background checks including fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, and employment references
