The Front Desk Team Member role at InMotion Wellness Studio offers an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and organized individual to become the initial point of contact for new and existing members. This position is essential in creating a positive and seamless client experience by efficiently managing appointment scheduling through phone calls and text messaging. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of the studio, responsible for greeting clients, facilitating studio tours, assisting with intake forms, and making clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. An emphasis on excellent communication and customer service skills is key to success in this role, as is a passion for wellness and health improvement. The schedule for this position includes Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break, and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., allowing for a good work-life balance. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour.
