Toyota of Portland is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Full Time Service Valet to join their service team. The Service Valet plays a critical role in ensuring that the flow of vehicles in and around the dealership's service area is smooth, efficient, and safe. This entry-level position is vital for maintaining the high standards of customer care and operational efficiency that the company prides itself on. In this role, the Service Valet will facilitate vehicle movement throughout the service drive and parking lots, assist with the vehicle wash process, and help maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of vehicles within the dealership. Responsibilities extend to managing loaner vehicles, transporting demo cars to designated areas, and maintaining orderly parking lots. The position demands a high level of professionalism, including adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining good customer and employee relations. Service Valets must wear a uniform, present themselves with excellent grooming standards, and uphold all company policies regarding behavior and appearance. Employees in this role should expect duties directed by the valet supervisor and be flexible enough to cover various tasks including car wash, shuttle driving, team leadership, and shop maintenance. Given the physical nature of the job, candidates must be capable of handling intermittent physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and other movements. Additionally, candidates must maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid Washington State driver’s license. This position requires punctuality, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset to support the dealership’s operations effectively.
