The position available is for part-time Restaurant Servers who will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food and Beverage. As a Server at Watermark BR, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of service in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Your role involves welcoming guests, accurately taking and delivering orders, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience in either The Gregory or Milford’s on Third. The Server position is a tipped role, emphasizing the importance of friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests and colleagues alike. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in hotel or related service fields preferred. Fine dining experience is considered helpful for success in this role. Servers must maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, be knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials, and understand the organization of the restaurant facilities including lounges and room service operations.
