The role of Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Providence College, is an opportunity to join a full-time position with a pay range of $24 to $25.50 per hour. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced, varied food service environments including fast casual dining, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The Catering Supervisor acts as an on-site coordinator providing oversight and direction to service employees, supporting management to ensure smooth daily operations. This individual will monitor food operations to deliver excellent quality, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The role demands a multitasker who can balance the needs of the team and customers, including facilitating orientation and training for new staff, supporting a safe and productive work environment, and managing various operational challenges as they arise throughout the shift.
This position requires open availability for a variety of shifts and emphasizes the importance of reliability and punctuality.
