This position is designed to organize, coordinate, and implement a variety of resident services and programs, acting as a crucial point of contact and information resource for residents. The job requires interaction with prospects and residents by greeting them warmly upon arrival, answering inquiries, and facilitating communication with the appropriate team members. Responsibilities extend to managing logistics such as the guest suite schedule, package deliveries, clubhouse amenity readiness, and coordinating move-in and move-out activities.
This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23.31 to $25.31, with the possibility of additional bonus incentives depending on business needs, individual performance, and location specifics.
