The Premium Bar Supervisor role at Aramark operates within Frost Bank Center, a bustling venue that demands high-quality bar services and operational excellence. This position supports the Premium Bar Manager by overseeing daily premium bar activities, ensuring smooth communication between management, bartenders, and warehouse staff while maintaining premium service standards. As the Premium Bar Supervisor, you will assist in all aspects of premium bar operations including briefing bartenders before events on service standards and relevant policies, managing inventory with daily counts and month-end reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to all alcohol-related regulations and company policies. You will also help troubleshoot service challenges, support guest service needs, and maintain accurate operational records. Occasionally, this role may involve performing cashier duties as needed to support event operations.
