We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic bartenders to join our Saint Paul location. This part-time role offers a competitive starting wage beginning at $14.00 per hour, with compensation commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess at least one year of bartending experience, coupled with a solid understanding of wines, craft cocktails, and beer basics. Experience in using tools like a jigger for cocktail creation is highly preferred. This position demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a sales-forward approach to beverage service. We value flexibility, as shifts will vary and daytime availability is a strong asset. Candidates must also be willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as part of their schedule.
The role includes a variety of duties essential for delivering a premium guest experience. Bartenders at Red Cow are expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization behind the bar, prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, and adhere strictly to state and local laws concerning responsible alcohol service. Additionally, bartenders will engage in batch preparation of craft cocktails and the making of syrups and other ingredients to support the kitchen’s unique offerings.
