We are currently seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is integral to the daily operations of the restaurant, tasked with maintaining both the interior and exterior of the establishment. The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained to provide a superior experience for customers and staff. This position involves a variety of tasks ranging from routine cleaning and equipment maintenance to overseeing exterior grounds maintenance such as landscaping and snow removal. The Maintenance Technician must adhere strictly to sanitation and food safety standards, perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment, and complete assigned tasks timely and accurately. They will also coordinate with the opening team to support seamless restaurant opening procedures. This is a role that demands both physical endurance and a keen eye for detail, requiring the ability to work independently, safely handle equipment, and manage time effectively.
