We are currently seeking hard-working and passionate individuals to join our team as Porters at AVE. This full-time position works Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and service requests. The role is essential in upholding AVE's brand standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the communities. A Porter’s responsibilities include maintaining both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, troubleshooting and repairing resident service requests such as appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, assisting with suite turnovers and general maintenance tasks, and responding to community emergencies including floods, fires, and power outages. This position requires a reliable source of transportation to manage on-call duties efficiently. AVE offers a competitive starting wage of $18+ per hour, with individual compensation based on experience, qualifications, education, and geographic location. Additional bonus potential is available on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the position. • Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience
• Demonstrated strong guest service skills
