The role of General Utility at The Cabana focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, dining, and serving areas, ensuring that all food preparation and service-related equipment such as dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are properly washed and sanitized. Reporting directly to the Chef or Sous Chef, the General Utility performs both routine and skilled maintenance tasks, grounds upkeep, and housekeeping duties essential for sustaining the hygienic integrity of the facility. This position is pivotal in supporting the kitchen and service staff by providing a safe, orderly, and clean environment, which adheres to health compliance requirements.
