The Service Manager I role at Din Tai Fung is a pivotal position within the front-of-house team. Reporting in partnership with the Service Manager II, the individual in this role leads food runners and bussers to ensure efficient dining room operations, including table turnover and cleanliness. The Service Manager I helps maintain operational excellence by managing critical aspects such as staff training, performance monitoring, and labor efficiency.
