A Line Cook is responsible for preparing a wide variety of food items, including hot and cold dishes like salads, appetizers, sides, and sauces, ensuring each dish meets recipe specifications and quality standards. The role requires careful preparation of ingredients such as washing, peeling, slicing, carving, and mixing vegetables, fruits, pasta, meats, and cheeses.
