As the first point of contact for TWS guests, the Personal Concierge is responsible for administering and supervising all TWS arrivals, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience right from the moment guests arrive. The Personal Concierge engages with guests prior to their arrival to understand their individual needs and preferences, preparing meticulously for their stay to provide an authentic and memorable experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in, providing expert concierge services, managing luggage assistance, door assistance, and unpacking services. Additionally, the Personal Concierge offers a welcome beverage and fulfills any other guest requests, embodying the essence of luxury hospitality. This role requires a professional who combines flawless instincts with seasoned expertise to create a sense of "we've been expecting you," delivering service that exceeds expectations.
