  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Basic understanding of or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety
  • Basic understanding of or ability to learn food-handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team

  • Ability to maintain personal cleanliness
  • 1-2 years of culinary experience preferred
  • 1 year of fine dining experience highly preferred
  • High school or vocational school coursework in kitchen basics such as food safety preferred
  • Full-time applicants must have minimum of 4 days of availability
  • Weekend availability required
  • Part-time applicants must have 1 of 3 weekend days available (Fri, Sat, Sun)
  • Seasonal hires must be able to commit minimum of 3 months
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers frequently
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs occasionally
  • Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
