SBM Management is currently seeking a dedicated Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team. The Custodian/CSR is responsible not only for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks but also for delivering superior customer service through positive interactions with coworkers and customers alike. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions carefully, good judgement in decision-making, and a collaborative attitude towards teamwork. This position offers a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a competitive hourly wage of $17.75, making it an ideal opportunity for dependable individuals looking to grow their careers within a stable and supportive company. The Custodian/CSR role involves various duties including floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting; surface care which includes dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, as well as metal and wood polishing. Additional responsibilities encompass waste removal including emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting waste to designated disposal areas, as well as light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies.
