This role is a critical part of the Kimpton hospitality experience, focusing on providing outstanding customer service to guests either on the phone or in person. The position involves coordinating reservations, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring each guest feels welcomed and well cared for. As a host, you will serve as an advocate for the restaurant, crafting personalized and memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.                 - High school diploma or GED preferred
 - Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
 - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
 - Strong communication skills
 - Ability to learn and retain product and menu knowledge
 - Food handler certification if applicable
 - Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
