• Associate's degree from AMA-accredited Respiratory Care program or Bachelor's degree
• Registered Respiratory Therapist with current license to practice in the State of Ohio
• BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS, and trauma course prior to completion of orientation
• Completion of the Transport Therapist Training Program and Preceptorship
• Advanced certification within one year of completing orientation specific to the program's patient population
• Three years of critical care experience
• Ability to work under stress with rapid decision-making and sound judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
