The position available is for a Beverage Server within one of the company’s hotel properties. This role is essential in ensuring that guests receive beverages and food promptly in a courteous and friendly manner to enhance overall guest satisfaction. The Beverage Server also prepares drinks for other servers, acts as a cashier for the lounge, and assists with general bar maintenance tasks to support daily operations. The Hotel operates 24/7, so flexibility in shifts and working hours is a crucial aspect of this role. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, mixing and garnishing drinks according to standard recipes, maintaining bar stock and cleanliness, handling cash transactions accurately, and adhering strictly to all safety, security, and company policies. This role also involves a strong understanding of state and federal liquor laws, excellent customer service skills, and basic food and beverage preparation knowledge. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and manual dexterity to handle beverage preparation tasks efficiently. • High school diploma or equivalent
• prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
• current Food Handler Card
