Lead, Housekeeper - $22 to $32 per HOUR

The Lead Housekeeper position at MemorialCare's facility in Fountain Valley is a full-time role on the night shift with a competitive pay range of $22.50 to $31.57 per hour. The role primarily involves the oversight of housekeeping duties essential to maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitary hospital environment that supports patient safety and comfort. The Lead Housekeeper is responsible for not only performing cleaning duties but also for managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This position requires a dedicated individual who can prioritize tasks efficiently, respond appropriately to emergency situations, and follow hospital policies consistently. With at least three years of housekeeping experience preferred, the Lead Housekeeper must be capable of safely handling various responsibilities including proper disposal of biohazard waste, routine cleaning, furniture and equipment movement, and linen replacement. Personnel in this role must also demonstrate good communication skills in English, a strong work ethic, and the ability to interact positively with colleagues and other hospital staff. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years housekeeping experience
