The Parking Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor role based in Springfield, MO, is a vital part of PMC's Commercial Parking Operations team, reporting directly to the Commercial Parking Manager. This position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering an hourly wage of $18.00 which may vary by market. The role primarily involves creating a safe, organized, and efficient parking environment while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include directing traffic, assisting guests with payments and parking inquiries, monitoring the parking lot for security and compliance, and ensuring the area remains clean and orderly. The attendant also manages ticketing, handles payment transactions accurately, and supports administrative tasks such as documenting parking activity and maintaining vehicle records. Working outdoors in various weather conditions is an essential aspect of this role, so candidates must be comfortable in this environment and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods. Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and attention to detail are necessary to help guests feel welcomed and supported.
