The role of Parking Lot Attendant for The Magnolia is a crucial frontline position responsible for ensuring guests have a seamless, safe, and organized parking experience. The Parking Lot Attendant will be entrusted with parking vehicles or issuing tickets, possibly handling cash payments. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor to greet guests and provide efficient service, ensuring guests find their vehicles easily and that parking areas are maintained in an orderly manner. The attendant will also help maintain venue sustainability through waste sorting and recycling initiatives. This hourly position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to $20.00, depending on market location, skills, and experience. It requires someone who is resourceful, innovative, and committed to enhancing the live music experience from the moment guests arrive. The work involves constant walking with occasional sitting, requiring a well-groomed appearance and excellent communication skills. Candidates with previous guest service experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
