We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary condition of our community, which directly contributes to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our residents and guests. As a Housekeeper at Balfour Senior Living, you will engage in a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that resident apartments and communal areas are spotless and welcoming. This position requires close attention to detail and the ability to deliver exemplary customer service while promoting an environment that is warm, secure, and friendly. The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the role offers competitive pay at $19.00 per hour. Beyond daily cleaning duties, our Housekeepers play a vital role in supporting residents by assisting with laundry tasks and handling linens with care and efficiency. • High school graduate preferred
• six months to one year of housekeeping experience
• experience working in a senior environment preferred
• basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology
• ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
