We are currently seeking an Overnight Porter/Valet to join our newly formed maintenance team. This full-time role plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards of the community and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. The ideal candidate for this position will combine personal warmth with practical technical skills, offering light housekeeping, carpet cleaning, and light maintenance support, along with timely, friendly responses to resident and building needs. Responsibilities extend beyond traditional porter duties, encompassing valet services as required, night security, and exterior garbage removal to maintain a pristine and secure environment throughout the property. • Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Must be physically able to perform light housekeeping and maintenance duties
• Must be dependable and trustworthy
• Must be able to pass drug test, background check, and DMV records check
• Have had a valid drivers license for at least 5 years
