As the first point of contact, the Resident Concierge plays a critical role in creating exceptional first impressions and personalizing interactions to enhance the resident experience. The position specifically covers the Overnight Concierge schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM on weekdays, offering meaningful support and assistance during off-hours. Responsibilities include problem-solving, event planning, facilitating community engagement, and maintaining organized front desk operations. This role requires a high degree of customer service proficiency, as the Concierge is responsible for fostering brand loyalty and promoting community spirit through effective communication and social media interaction. Additionally, the position involves handling logistics such as organizing package rooms, tracking club room reservations, and managing freight elevator schedules.
