This position involves working closely with Executive and Sous Chefs to support culinary operations within a fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen environment. Kitchen Managers are responsible for order fulfillment, quality control, presentation, and delivering products that meet or exceed client expectations. With proven experience in kitchen management or supervision, the ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, as well as an ability to anticipate and adapt to the dynamic needs of the catering and hospitality industry. Kitchen Managers at Savory are tasked with managing purchase orders, vendor communications, inventory maintenance, recipe standardization, and kitchen sanitation compliance in line with Department of Health standards and internal policies. This role also requires fostering a professional and positive kitchen atmosphere focused on efficiency and hospitality. The Kitchen Manager works collaboratively with various internal teams such as client services, finance, and office staff to coordinate recipe-related projects, ensuring that the corporate catering menu remains scalable, high-quality, and tailored to client needs.
