The role of a Server at Phelan Family Brands is pivotal in providing guests with a memorable dining experience. The primary responsibility is to sell and serve food and beverages with the utmost professionalism and adherence to the company’s best in class service standards. Servers are expected to have or develop comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus, allowing them to confidently engage guests and offer recommendations.
