We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations by efficiently managing a section of tables, demonstrating strong knowledge of food and wine, and working collaboratively with fellow team members. Servers at Beatrix play a pivotal role in enhancing the dining experience by providing friendly, attentive service while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. The position involves a range of responsibilities, from accurately taking orders and processing payments to ensuring compliance with restaurant policies related to safety and sanitation. Candidates must be comfortable working varied shifts including weekends, and performing physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and working within the dynamic environment of the restaurant floor. • Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
• Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
• Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training
