The role of Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is a dynamic and influential position that supports the Restaurant Leader in managing daily restaurant operations. This role requires a professional who can lead by example to uphold Raising Cane’s high standards and maintain the company culture during every shift. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Restaurant Manager oversees the restaurant's operational zones, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with company policies. The role involves being the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash operations, and ensuring financial accountability. The position demands working in various conditions including the kitchen environment with physical exertion like walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as interacting directly with customers. The restaurant manager also ensures workplace safety, cleanliness, and that the facility operates efficiently. As a crucial leader during shifts, the Restaurant Manager motivates and directs staff, recognizes and rewards exceptional work, handles approvals for employee functions, and fosters a positive and productive team environment.                 - Must be 18 years of age or older
 - high school diploma or equivalent preferred
 - 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
 - must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
 - able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
 - proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
 - knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
 - able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems
 - able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
 - self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
 - detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
