The Restaurant Manager position at The Golden Tiki in Las Vegas, NV, offers a full-time opportunity with an annual salary range of $50,000 to $60,000. This critical role works closely with and supports the General Manager in various responsibilities that ensure smooth restaurant operations and overall company success. The Restaurant Manager is accountable for developing and leading the team to maintain exceptional guest and employee satisfaction. This includes overseeing all food and beverage functions, managing private and hosted events, and striving to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a solid understanding of operations in a high-volume yet intimate atmosphere, and proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
As a Restaurant Manager, the ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented under pressure is vital.
