The position offers an annual salary ranging from $66,000 to $77,500, complemented by a monthly training incentive of $1,500. The overall pay structure is influenced by the location, individual experience, and qualifications, with additional monthly incentives based on restaurant profitability. This full-time leadership role is integral to not only meeting but exceeding operational standards while driving sales and profitability through effective people management and business strategies. The Restaurant Leader will be responsible for upholding the culture and standards that define Raising Cane's, ensuring these values resonate with all Crewmembers, customers, and partners alike.
