The bartender is responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in alignment with established service standards and guest expectations. Additionally, the bartender must possess certifications such as TIPS and Food Safety to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Physical stamina is essential as the role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds frequently, and performing various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and climbing ladders. Communication skills are pivotal for success in this role, enabling clear interaction with guests, team members, and management.
