This full-time float Medical Office Receptionist position will require availability across all clinic locations in the Treasure Valley. The role is integral in creating a warm, welcoming environment for patients and visitors by providing outstanding customer service both over the phone and in person. The receptionist is responsible for greeting patients promptly, addressing inquiries, managing patient data efficiently, and ensuring smooth scheduling and registration processes. Additional duties include handling telephone communications, collecting co-pays and past balances, maintaining updated insurance records, and assisting with data entry and document management activities such as scanning and faxing patient information. This role demands the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting while preserving a calm and professional demeanor. Candidates will thrive if they bring a friendly attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to patient-focused service. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is valued, and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus.
